My whole family loves this!! The kids eat it over noodles and we have it with mashed potatoes, it is great. This is my favorite item from Market Day and buy it every month!! The meat is not fatty at all and melts in your mouth!

We ABSOLUTELY love this meal. It's a little pricey for the size, but we have served it over mashed potatoes and noodles - it is so good. Our grandkids even loved it! My husband said it was the best he has had in a long time, the meat is incredibly tender and I just thicken the gravy, make a side veggie and voila!! A very fast and quick meal. Instructions said to thaw in refrig but I did it in cold water and it work out great. Thank you market day for making our busy days easy for meals!!

Cons: little pricy, little salty
This dish is so "homemade" tasting, that when I gave it to a family that needed help with meals, they wanted the recipe. I had to tell the truth, that it was Market Day. They now order it also. Only thing I do is add more water to the dish. It makes for a better gravy and it goes further. Over noodles is the best. My kids love this meal!

We really do like this meal. We usually pair it with egg noodles, but we have made it layering a biscuit in the bottom of the bowl, then a scoop of mashed potatoes, then topped off with the beef tips and gravy. You can easily turn it into stroganoff by adding sour cream and sauteed mushrooms and onions. The meat is tender and no nasty gristle or fat.

My teenage kids had no clue that we used whole wheat noodles when paired with the Gravy & Beef Tips. They hate the al dente "crunch' of whole wheat noodles but devoured this meal up. My husband who is not the handiest in the kitchen, made this meal & was amazed that it took less than 30 mins. from fridge to plate. As long as you thaw it in the fridge overnight you have an amazing meal that is quick and EASY...try it, you will not regret it!

These beef tips and gravy are delicious. It will feed 4 hungry people--we put it over egg noodles and had vegetables on the side. Suitable for company. Better gravy than I can make on my own. As for the directions, it sounded too complicated to use a double boiler and I didn't have time do the oven roasting bit, so I just heated it up on the stove with a lid on the pot and it was fine. No need to fuss. Just defrost it first. It was very tender and very little fat. Lots of mushrooms, so make sure everyone likes them.

The meat in this meal was so tender and the sauce was delicious. It is a great meal for a busy night. I boiled some noodles while it was in the microwave and then put it on the table. I do think it is a little pricey, but the convienence is worth it.

Cons: too much frozen food in one package
Love the flavor. The beef is tender and it makes an excellent meal with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. I have one complaint and the complaint is not only with this product. It concerns the chicken and dumplings, corn casserole and other products that are packaged for large families. I have to thaw out the whole package in order to serve. There is only my husband and myself. If I purchase these items, we have to eat it every night until it is gone. Please, Market Day, consider packaging differently. Instead of one 2 or 2.5 lb. frozen block of food, have it packaged in 2 smaller packages for those of us with smaller families.

Very disappointed in this dish . . the mushrooms were overpowering and the gravy flavor was bland. I bought this thinking the kids would love it (as they do with most any noodle dish) but they wouldn't even take more than 2 bites. I ate my portion but had to agree with them, it just wasn't good. I won't be purchasing this item again.

My kids absolutely love this meal and so does my hubby! Our gravy-loving son is allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts, so I rarely find gravy-based meals that he can eat (except my homemade). This product is a rare and delectable exception! The kids chant "BEEF NOODLE! BEEF NOODLE!" every time I tell them I plan to make it for dinner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR DAIRY ALLERGIC KIDS! THEY WILL LOVE IT!
