Ribs waiting to be smothered with BBQ sauce. As good as a restaurant, as close as your grill.

As they say, "finger licking good".....
Date:June 5, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Don't know what Debbie (see her review) did wrong, but we buy these ribs consistently when they are available. We usually parboil them and then finish them off, with BBQ sauce, in the oven. THEY ARE EXCELLENT.....we'll buy what Debbie won't !!! More for the rest of us !!

These ribs were terrible.
Date:May 15, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep
Cons: Poor Texture, Poor Flavor, tough
I baked them exactly as advised. There was very little meat on the bones and the meat that was there was very tough. We were very disappointed given the reviews.
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture
These ribs are wonderful! Lots of tender meat and very little fat. The kids love them and they're easy to fix.

Great Ribs
Date:May 9, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture
I have purchased Market Day ribs for several years. Every time I serve these, everyone raves over them. Just had our annual Ky Derby cookout with these ribs this past weekend. I have 7 people wanting me to place an order for ribs for them. I use a dry rub and then leave in fridge overnight tightly wrapped in foil. The next day, remove from fridge, let stand at room temp for about 20 minutes, leave in foil, bake in the oven @325 for about 2 2/1 hours, no need to "turn over", remove the foil from the top of the ribs, baste with bbq sauce and continue in the oven for another 20- 30 mins adding bbq sauce every 10- 15 minutes.... Be very careful when removing from the pan, they litterally fall off the bone.... Enjoy!

I bought these once and maybe it was just the two racks that I got but they were terrible. My rub and sauce gave them a great flavor but where is the meat? I wont be buying these again. I'll continue to get mine at the store where I can physically see them before making the purchase.
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture, well trimmed, restaurant quality
We bought these ribs last summer and they were as good as the best we've had at restaurants! We've been waiting all winter for them to come back! I steam them in the oven for a couple of hours, remove the membranes, and then we put our favorite BBQ sauce on them and the hubby grills them until they're sticky! YUMMY! I can't find ribs at a grocery store that are anywhere close to this good.

The very best
Date:August 19, 2010
Pros: Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
These are the best ribs ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! We do not buy them anywhere else.
Separate the rack into three sections. Place one section in the crock pot. Add a little bit of barbeque sauce and some chopped onions. Continue cross stacking the other two sections with the same ingredients. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Add more bbq sauce to your ribs when you serve. Yum!
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
I buy six racks of these at a time as they are requested at my house so often. Two racks feed my family of four and are consistantly good quality. I recommend wrapping each rack in foil (making a packet.) and place in roasting pan. Cook at 250 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Will be fully cooked and falling off the bone tender. Finish on the grill just to add your favorite sauce. Have not had better at a restaurant!
