Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
We are picky about our meat - a filet only family, mostly. My husband worked for a butcher shop growing up and is extreamly serious about his meat, cut, color, how it's trimmed, etc. We decided to try these on a whim - never thought we'd enjoy something that was not fresh from the meat counter. Could not have been more pleased with these steaks! No visible fat (my requirment), very tender, very juicy. And, this was when cooked on an indoor grill pan! Also, made beef wellington's with them (used 1/2 a sirloin in each one) and they were delicious also. We love the individual packaging, so we can thaw just want we want to cook that evening. Will definately purchase in the future.
These steaks are perfectly portioned. I love the fact that they are individually sealed - you pull out as many as you need. I am kinda picky when it comes to steak (filet girl!), but these sirloins are really tender and juicy (med-rare). I really recommend these steaks to everyone.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
These are really nice steaks. These are not very thick cut but they are excellent quality. The size is perfect if you are watching your portions and they taste wonderful. We cooked them on an indoor grill and they turned out perfect and juicy. This will be a regular item on our list.
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
My family loves these steaks. We grill them outdoors and they are always good. Sometimes we marinate for a little extra added kick, but they are good just plain. My 19 year old son will eat 2 for dinner. They are lean, but still juicy when not overcooked.
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
I have been getting these filet of sirloin steaks from Market Day for at least 5 years now. We have never gotten a bad steak. They don't take much preperation to taste great, and we enjoyed them grilled or cooked stove top in the winter months. We NEVER have left over fat pieces from the steaks and the taste is excellent. My father who is very, very picky even loves these steaks.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
We loved them. We cooked them on an outside grill and they were so tender and moist. Will buy them again.

I LOVE steak and often spend the same amount of money for these 6 steaks on just 2 steaks at my local high-end supermarket. I usually end up a little disappointed and frustrated with the end result and came to conclusion that I just can't make a good steak...until now. I threw 2 of these steaks on my George Foreman grill and didn't really do anything special with them other than olive oil, salt & pepper. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Even though I accidentally cooked them well-done, they still turned out great. Not dry or tough one bit, but very lean and tasty. Buy the baby baked potatoes from Market Day (which are awesome too) and you have yourself a fabulous weeknight meal that literally takes less than a 1/2 hr to put together and make. I would definetly recommend these steaks and plan on stocking up for summer!
A great piece of steak, these are very tender and tasty, nice marbling and the excess fat is all trimmed off. We order almost monthly, and definately if they are on sale. Go ahead and give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
Love these steaks! I used to buy the ranch steaks but once I tried these, there's no going back. They are the perfect size, are lean as well as very flavorable. Great on the grill!

Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile, tender
These great steaks are very easy to prepare. I have broiled them, baked in casseroles, pan seared with peppers and onions for hoagie type sandwiches and they are never fatty, gristly or tough! Sauces, rubs, and fresh herbs make them compatable for many types of meals. Fifteen minutes and dinner is done. We're big eaters and the size is a good portion. Now we can enjoy steak more often as these are a great value for a step-up dinner. Can't wait to try them on the grill.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
This is one of our family's favorite MarketDay items. We love the flavor, ease of preparation, and convenience. We serve these to company as well as for family dinners. In the winter, we prepare these on our George Forman grill; in the summer, on our outdoor barbecue -- either way they are great!
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
This filet is great. The flavor & texture is great & the price is right for 6 pieces. I tend to purchase this more in warmer weather to bbq it. Great on the grill!

My family liked these steaks a lot. They're a great portion size and the individual wrapping allows them to be quickly thawed in a water bath so that you can pull them out of the freezer after work and have them prepared quickly. We like that they are not pre-seasoned as we prefer to season meats to our tastes.
Don't let the photograph fool you...it's not one large piece sirloin, it's 6 individual. Market Day should change the photo. Ok on the grill, make sure you season it well and don't over-cook to seal in the juices.
