I purchase these every month. They are so flavorful and such a quick fix in the broiler for 3/4 minutes on each side and their done. Seve with a starch, veggie and salad and what a great meal and under 30 minutes. If you haven't tried these, you're really missing something great. Great on days that I work.

I hadn't ordered these for awhile, and my husband requested them. I had forgotten how good they are! They grilled up perfectly. I didn't even season them, since they contain a salt solution and had cracked peppercorns on the outside from the bacon. The bacon added a rich smokiness that really enhanced the flavor. I'm reordering them this month!

I gave these 4 stars because my family is divided on liking them. 2 of us liked them and 2 did not. In my opinion they were quite tasty. The other 2 ate them, but wouldn't not order again. I can say however, that they were very tender and juicy. We cooked on the grill and they didn't take very long at all. Make sure to roll them along the grill after they finish cooking though if you want the bacon a little crisp. It does not get crisp at all if you cook in the 2 cut sides of the pork.

I made these on an indoor grill. At first glance I was worried they would be dry because they were so thick and would take a while to cook through. Not sure why, BUT they were soooo tender and juicy. I thought for sure I had killed them in the cooking process. We noticed they were a little pink on the edge after cooking then realized the bacon had preserved the edges like a ham and the pink was NOT because they were underdone. They were soooo good. My 6 year old gobbled hers up! Good portion control for small - medium eaters.

I have bought these pork tournedos over and over again. They are so juicy and tender. We grill them exactly as the directions say and they turn out perfect. All of our kids love them and there are never any left overs. I love that they are individually wrapped. As long as they are on the order form we will continue to buy them.

Cons: Over Seasoned, bacon made it worse, to pink! for pork
I bought this product about 3-4 months ago and it was good then. Purchased the last time about 2 months ago. The pork was hard to get out of the pink stage, we used to pan fry in a bit of spray oil and about 8-10 minutes both sides would do it. This last box we did pan fry ended up in microwave, then on grill, again in microwave. This was 2 separate meals and both times the meat on outer part was pink. The bacon was also to floppy even for my taste and the pepper was a bit in excess. I don't know what the company changed but I did not like it. Will not be buying this product ever again.

I love these and order them every month. My children love them! They are always tender and juicy made from the best cut of pork tenderloin. Best prepared on the grill in the warmer months though. Highly recommend even for the most pickiest eater.
