Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
We love these. The pork is very tender and quick to thaw and throw on the grill. Half the family had them with BBQ sauce and half without and we were all very happy with our meal!
I am always looking at the Market Day options under the "Taste for Health" category as I am really watching what we eat as a family. I bought these some time ago, but forgot about them in my deep freezer. When I finally tried them, I was glad that I did. These are a definite win for a quick meal.
I prepare them on my George Foreman grill with a bit of seasoned salt. I like these much more than the boneless pork chops. They seem to be more juicy and tender.
I will be ordering more of these.

Not a fancy pork chop
Date:April 14, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality
Cons: Poor Texture
I bought these figuring they were merely a fancy pork chop. Not quite! Part of my pork steak was very tender- to the point I thought it was not cooked properly. This creates a poor texture taste to me so therefore I did not like it. The other part was textured more like a pork chop- a little tougher. This was the best part of it. That is why this review is 3 stars. If you know what it is going in it could easily be a 4 star item!

Not my favorite
Date:April 5, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Versatile
Cons: Poor Flavor
These have a rather stong taste for pork. They were tender and juicy, but I just didn't like the strong taste. We much prefer the pork tenderloins.

fast and easy
Date:July 29, 2010
Pros: Easy Prep
Haven't tried these on the grill yet...but I put them in the crockpot with sauerkraut and yum! Quick and easy meal.
I didn't like these on the grill, my husband likes them. They have a weird texture to them. I prefer the Chicken Steaks which are much better and don't have to thaw, you have to thaw the pork
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
The first time we tried these I pulled them out after work, thawed them quickly in a water bath, sliced them thinly, and made a fantastic stir-fry with them. It was really yummy. They are not pre-seasoned, which is a huge plus for us.

A little tough
Date:June 8, 2010
I prepared this meat several ways and found it a little tough. Taste was good, but you have to follow the directions exactly to keep it from being too tough for kids to want ot eat

easy to cook
Date:June 1, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep
These are easy to prepare you can prepare from 1 to 6 whatever is required by your family because they are individually wrapped. Has a great taste and very tender.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
They had a great price one month, figured would give a try for spring grilling, have to admit, single portions wrapped and size were perfect for the meal I prepared for my son and I. thought with the price and size could be a poor cut but surprised out how great the cut was, no waste, grilled perfectly and my son and I were beyond satisfied!

Not the best pork product
Date:May 28, 2010
We love the pork tenderloins so we were very excited about this new product. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy it at all. The pork is "marinated" and it is overwhelming. We will not purchase next time.
