This eased my family's craving for grilled steak in snowy winter! I applied a garlic-onion rub, then followed the directions to bake at 300° - it took one hour to come to 160° internal temp for medium-well. Threw some potatoes in to bake 30 minutes before the steak, steamed some broccoli, and it was a steakhouse-worthy, gluten-free meal! We had some leftover meat that made awesome lunch rice bowls for two with some g-free soy sauce and julienned green/red/yellow peppers.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
This was my first Market Day order, so I read a lot of product reviews before placing my order. This product got such high ratings and had such positive reviews that I gave it a try and I'm SO glad I did. The quality and cut of the meat are EXCELLENT - very tender and flavorful. Note: Prior to grilling, I marinated the flat iron for 3 hours in a Weber Grill Black Peppercorn marinade and it was awesome! Even our son (who isn't a huge fan of red meat) gave it a "double thumbs-up!"
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Good Texture, Versatile
This was our Valentine's dinner. Did a quick 30 minute marinade and broiled in oven. It was tender and tasty!

Great piece of meat - tender and flavorful! So easy to prepare. Used marinade recipe on the Montreal Steak bottle. Grilled according to directions. Sliced thin and made sandwiches on pretzel rolls with Boursin Garlic & Herb spreadable cheese topped with arugula. Soo yummy, nice enough for company.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
This worked great for fajitas. I sliced it thin and stir-fried. Then I removed the meat from the pan, stir-fried the veggies, and then added the meat back in with fajita seasoning and water. It stayed tender, while some cuts of meat do not.
It seems a little expensive for a pound, but because it stayed so tender, and was great mixed with a bunch of peppers and onions to "stretch it" a bit, I will probably but it again for the same purpose.
Even my 7 yr old liked his fajitas, and he's VERY picky about steak.

I wasn't sure about buying beef from Market day, but I've shopped with them for several years and have always been highly impressed with the quality of their food. So, when it went on sale, I took a chance and got it. I couldn't be happier with the quality. The beef was so tender and flavorful! I actually chopped it up and cooked it for fajitas and they were the best fajitas I've ever had! The entire family loved them! Everyone was so impressed with the taste and tenderness! I will definitely buy again!
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
Cons: not that much meat for the money
My husband has a big appetite....so for the two of us this was the most tender piece of meat I have ever eaten in my life! I know that sounds crazy but we mean it! So good it mealts in your mouth. I can't really see it serving four people like the previous person stating with leftovers.....not in my house!
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Good Texture
We cooked this flat iron on the grill and it turned out great! Lean, easy to cut, and good portion. Family of 4 had leftovers for yummy beef sandwiches.
