Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
I love the convenience of being individually wrapped. I braised my chops, with just water, pepper, and Mrs Dash. They were absolutely great. So tender you could cut them with a fork. I will purchase them again.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
These pork chops are excellant and everytime we prepare them for guests they rave about them. Very good and easy on the grill!!

Quality Not as good as it used to be
Date:February 28, 2012
Cons: don't look nice, poor cut of meat, not consistant
Like a few others I think the quality of this product as really gone down hill. I used to buy these all the time but the last few boxes I have only been able to use 2-3 the others just didn't look right!! Not a nice cut of meat - color was off too. I wont risk wasting the money to try again.
These are very tasty but are pretty thin cut I do like that fact that these are already trimmed and packaged separately. I just wished they were a bit thicker because they have great flavor.

Cons: Poor Texture, Excess Fat
I have purchased this product in the past and was happy with it but the last several boxes were terrible. It says center cut but I,m not sure what it is cut from....it is not the center of a pork loin. Do not waste your money!
Pros: Flavorful, Versatile, Easy Prep, Healthy, Good Texture
Cons: a little thin
We love to marinate these and then grill them. They are a little thin, but still never have been dry while grilling. We've also used shake n bake and baked them in the oven. They really don't take long to cook, so they can be a fairly quick meal after work.

Date:November 19, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
We absolutely loved these!! Even the kids remarked on how juicy they were!!! We grilled these on our George Foreman grill inside. So easy to make these and will definitely be a monthly order.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
Was hesitant due to thickness but after tasting my mind has changed. These are full of flavor, moist and lean.

Perfect portion size, high quality.
Date:September 26, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Good Texture
I am very choosy when it comes to meat, and these boneless pork chops were a dream come true. They're the ideal portion size for anyone who wants a bit more (but not a ton more) than the recommended portion size of lean meat. I found them super easy to thaw, and they worked wonderfully with my balsamic marinade. My picky kids loved them as much as the grownups did. We will definitely buy more!
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
I am usually not that great at cooking pork chops but these are super easy! I love the fact that they are individually frozen so I can take out only as many as I need when I need them. Also, the cut is top quality - very little fat to trim and very thick and portioned! I pan fry these with some seasoned salt and a little pepper and they come out tender and juicy every time! I am usually very cost-conscious when it comes to purchasing groceries for my family but this is one item I'm willing to spend a little more on - you can't mess them up!
Cons: Poor Texture, Bland, Excess Fat, too much salt
I loved the fact that these were individually wrapped. Simple to cook but not very tender. The portions are really small and contained a lot of fat. My four year old who hardly ever finishes dinner even asked for more because his portion was not big enough.
I expected more for the price of these, as you can get larger portions at the grocery with less salt for the same price.
Reducing our sodium intake is my goal. Please, Market Day, help us to achieve this by finding pork chops with less sodium.

Not like they used to be!!!
Date:April 13, 2011
Pros: Versatile, Easy Prep
Cons: Poor Texture, Poor Flavor, Excess Fat
I have been ordering the Boneless Pork Chops at least every other month for years because my family loved them. The last 2-3 times I have ordered them they have been HORRIBLE. More fat than meat throught the whole chop - not just on the edges. Clearly NOT the same cut of meat that it used to be. Will not buy anymore.
Whoa! That's a lot of salt; salt causes the body to retain water which in turn is bad for hearts young and old. I noticed a lot of meats, poultry and seafood and soups have more salt than they really need to have. I wish more people and more food prep companies would come to realize that & that food only needs a little salt, if any, to be enjoyed. : )
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
These juicy and delicious pork chops are individually wrapped so that you can come home from work, pull them out of the freezer, thaw them in a water bath, season them and be grilling them within the hour. Our family loves them!

Best Product I've Got From Marketday
Date:March 21, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
I love these Pork chops. They are a great for people watching serving sizes. My favorite way to use them is with a little cinnamon and baked in the oven for 45 minutes or so. The individual wrapping is convient but actually bugs my environmental side.
It's nice that each pork chop is sealed individually. You can make as many as you want at a time. They are do not have many calories or fat so good for the dieter. Would order again if they were on sale.
