Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Good Texture
These are awesome, make sure you bake long enough to get the crust crunchy. I was worried the pieces looked kind of small & I'd need to eat more than one - but one is just perfect with a nice salad and side of veggies. I used to love the crispy crunchy cod but these have surpassed that product by far. Yum!

This is a fantastic fish. It is mild, hearty, and has an excellent taste. It cooks well and my entire family likes it. We buy this every single month and would be very disappointed if it was gone. We eat the entire package in one sitting, too. Family of 4.

The fish itself is quite tasty. However, I have prepared this three times, and the coating will not crisp. Will not order again.

Cons: too much pepper
I have been trying the seafood products the past few months and some I do not like but this one was very good. It was a bit on the peppery side for me and too much for my husband. BUT it was so tasty and light breading. My daughter loved it too. I am buying it again.

I love this fish! I am not a big fan of all types of fish; however, this one is meaty and filling. I also practice Weight Watchers and this is nice because it is only 4pts per serving. I pair with steamed brown rice & veggies for a quick, easy and super-satisfying dinner all while gaining the health benefits of fish. I always cook longer than the recommended 20 mins just to make sure the crust is crunchy.

This fish is fantastic! Perfect flavor and was a fast meal in 20 minutes. Low in fat and calories and high in protein. Surprisingly the one piece we had leftover reheated very nicely for my lunch the next day and still tasted great! We will be making this a monthly purchase.

These were outstanding- frankly much better than I expected. Perfect for a work night since they went from freezer to oven and were ready in 20 minutes. With rice and a veggie this made an excellent healthy meal. Husband and kids all ate them up!

The whole family loved this! The seasoning was just right - enough to really taste the lemon pepper but not too overpowering. The breading was nice and crispy but not at all greasy. Easy prep - no thawing required.

Trying to eat less red meat, so ordered some of the MD fish items. These are delicious. The breading doesn't look like much when you take it out of the package frozen, but it cooks up light and flaky and delicious, not greasy.

I was excited for these as the price is good and they are wild caught. I was a bit turned off by the over saltiness of the flavoring. The lemon was nice but you certainly do not need to dress or dip these at all.

Cons: a bit salty
this was very tasty. My kids are not big fish eaters but they love the flavor and texture of the moist fish. It's a bit salty but not too bad overall. The breading is nicely seasoned but tends to be overly moist on the bottom. All in all, a real winner for dinner especially since the lids love it. I highly recommend this fish entree.

This fish is so delicious. It's snow white. My absolute favorite. The only caveat is don't salt before you taste. The seasoning is enough for me and I'm a salt lover.
