This is a must have item!!

Date:May 8, 2012
Pros: Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy
I order this every Market Day order. So easy to prep - I'm a working Mom so I need quick and healthy. These can be cooked from frozen and are so delicious. The crab filling is so creamy it's hard to believe it's low calorie. This is by far the best Market Day product I've tried so far!!

Quick and easy to prepare

Date:October 11, 2010
Pros: Easy Prep, Healthy
My husband is a huge seafood fan so when he saw this on the internet he had to have it. It is very easy to make and tastes delicious. I usually serve with a steamed vegetable and a baked potato. It's worth the price.

This is a very tasty stuffed flounder! So easy to prepare, perfectly portioned size, better than I've had in many restaurants and couldn't be easier to prepare.

excellent quick meal

Date:May 5, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality
very good flavor here, I believe that people who usually do
not like or rarely eat fish will appreciate the flounder. make
sure the oven is very hot prior to baking. great for quick late
night dinners after sporting events etc.. so get these and don't
go to McD's

Super easy

Date:April 19, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, Good Texture
Loved it. We ate them with mashed potato patties. I don't like stuffing so I was leary. It turned out great. Between the two products, super easy and delicious. Easy clean up. Would recommend to anyone.

Lenten treat

Date:March 6, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Good Texture
This was good. It was quick and easy and my husband liked it. I don't know that I would rave about it especially for the price. It is a small portion but one is enough for me. Husband ate the kids' leftovers as they could only eat half. If it goes on sale I would order it again. Only 5 WW points!

not what I expected

Date:February 28, 2012
Cons: Poor Texture, Bland
I was very disappointed to say the least. I ate the one and threw the rest that I had in the freezer in the garbage. I did follow the directions to a "t". Obviously will not buy again.

Fine Restaurant Quality

Date:February 17, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
I'm not a seafood fan, but got this for my husband who loves flounder. He can't stop talking about the Gourmet Stuffed Flounder. He says it's as good as, or better than, any he has had in a nice restaurant. It is extremely easy to prepare.

Very Good

Date:February 13, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Tender, flavorful and fast. I confess to adding a little worcestershire sauce, drops of real lemon juice and pinch of garlic powder to the small amount of water in the bottom and I sprinkled a little Old Bay seasoning on them before baking. Really good!

Easy to prepare and very good

Date:December 3, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, like red lobster's
These taste just like the stuffed Flounder at Red Lobster and were very easy to make. Perfect for when you don't have time to cook (or clean) in, and want a restaurant quality meal in less time without the restaurant expense.

Gourmet On a Budget

Date:December 2, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
These Stuffed Flounder fillets are Awesome!
I love seafood, but I rarely prepared it at home. Thanks to the wonderful seafood selections such as these at Market Day, I have been able to enjoy high quality seafood at home for minimal cost.
These fillets are tender and juicy and have a generous amount of stuffing so that you taste the stuffing with every bite right to the end. They bake in the oven very quickly from frozen, and I like to brush melted butter on top before baking and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top after taking them out of the oven. I especially appreciate the light flavor of the fish without having a fishy taste.
The only downside for me is that I love to eat these often, but my kids don't care for the stuffing so I'm forced to prepare something different for them.

Love this stuffed flounder

Date:October 11, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep
The fish is tender and mild, and stuffing delicious. Be sure to follow the directions carefully or they will end up dry, but if cooked as instructed, they are wonderful! Every bit as good as stuffed fish filets I've had in restaurants. My kids will not eat them because of all the "stuff" in the stuffing, but my husband and I happily feed them chicken nuggets on the nights we eat this.

Great Fish Dinner

Date:July 11, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Versatile, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
I serve this delicious boneless stuffed flounder with a simple salad and vegetable (side carb is optional since the fish is already stuffed). Be careful not to over-cook the fish, it can dry out very quickly. For a fancy family meal just pair the fish with lemon wedges. Or, create a lemon sauce for a dish fancy enough for the most discriminating guest. It's quick and easy but looks like you spent hours in the kitchen. Great to keep on hand for unexpected guests or for a special occasion meal.

Great Meal

Date:May 7, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, High Quality
Cons: high sodium content
I really love the crab meat/fish combination in this mea, it is proportioned just rightl. The only problem with the meal is the sodium content- something my family has to be careful with.

Favorite item

Date:April 20, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
I just cannot get enough of this. It is so easy and quick to prepare. The fillet has a good flavor and the stuffing is good and creamy. Everynow and then I might find a piece of shell in the stuffing, but that is normal. It goes perfect with the Nantucket Blend veggies and a side of brown rice. My kids do not care for it which means more for me!

Quick, Easy, and Healthy

Date:April 12, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy
The fish is wonderfully easy to make - from freezer to plate in a few minutes! The fillet was delicious with no "fishy" taste. One drawback were they tiny bones hidden throughout the fillet.
The filling was sweet and mild. I was quite pleased with the flavor and texture.
The portion seemed small however the calorie count of only 200 makes it easier to "swallow". The "stuffed" fillet was actually a small fillet on the top and one on the bottom with the stuffing in the center.
I would buy this again for its ease of preparation and for the fact that I do enjoy fish.

very tasty

Date:April 5, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality
I gave this a try based on the good reviews. When I went to serve the stuffed flounder both of my sons wrinkled their noses....until they tasted it. Even my super picky eater admitted that it was good. I'm definitely buying them again.

great stuffed flounder - pan cooked

Date:April 2, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, High Quality, Versatile
My husband and I really like this. sometimes I make a pan meal with this. I cook it a in covered pan on the stove with a little water; add in leftover rice and lay some asparagus spears or brocoli on top for the last 8-10 minutes and in 20 minutes I have dinner.
