I love these fillets! I've made my own make fish tacos for years, and this fish has worked out the best so far.
Place thawed fillets in a heated skillet with butter. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and a generous amount of chili powder (or Mexican spices if you have) on each. After @ 4 minutes, turn and sprinkle chili powder on the other side. Take a fork and break apart the fish. VOILA! You have a pan filled with tasty fish ready to be put in soft taco tortillas*. Top with the salsa of your choice, and add a little creamy horseradish sauce for an added kick. *I use Ezekiel sprouted-grain wraps for extra good health!
My son is gluten-free, so goodbye to his favorite breaded fish sticks. These make a great substitute. Very mild, no "fishy" flavor. Just coat with gluten-free crumbs and bake. Also nice baked or microwaved with butter and lemon juice.

Excellant Fish!!
Date:April 12, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Versatile
I am a very picky fish eater and have had some bad experiences with haddock in the past but these filets are wonderful. They are nice size, pan fry really well and have a delicious flavor. They are all we buy now for our fish!
Pros: Flavorful, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Loved this fish! And no fatty breading! It has a meaty texture that reminds me of chicken or pork. Very tasty!

I bought this originally for lent and shared with my co-workers. Now they are ordering it as well. It was very tasty ( I used butter, lemon juice and pepper). It will probably be a staple as long as it is available. (My co-workers are stocking up for the summer too!)
Pros: Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
These are individually frozen and can be easily thawed in water for a last minute meal. I just sprinkle a Pampered Chef rub on them with a little olive oil.
