Pros: Portable, Kid-Friendly, filling, good portion, good quantity
Cons: need room in freezer
Tried these for the first time on a recommendation from my Market Day Representative. The kids went crazy over these! They are so filling that we had them as a meal topped with a little melted butter, garlic salt, parmesan cheese and paired with a little marinara sauce and a salad or soup. They bake up beautifullly - crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The cheese filling is mild so even my pickiest eaters like them. After the first time we tried them, the kids asked: "Can we have these again?" We have found another Market Day Favorite! Save room in the freezer!...They do take up space.
My freezer is never without Bosco Sticks... They are AMAZING!! My family loves them as well. My fiance is well aware when the Bosco sticks are all out.

doughy and no flavor
Date:March 24, 2012
Cons: Too Few, Poor Flavor
Work in schools so have tasted the ones there. These do NOT compare. They are very doughy with very little to no flavor (some we seasoned with butter and garlic which helped slightly). Have never asked for the money back guarantee before but sure did with this product.
I have a sensory kiddo, who eats nothing, but loves these! All 3 of my kids love them, they just eat them plain, without sauce or anything. The cafeteria at the place I used to work would sell these plain or with a cup of red sauce and would sell out fast. They are great with soup, salad, pasta and even meats (made them with pot roast before to serve as their bread). They are a little pricey, but if my kids will eat it, I will buy it!
My entire family loves these. We brush them with butter and sprinkle with pecorino romano cheese then bake. We like them with pasta meals, or even just as a snack. We do like to dip them into a good hearty sauce.

Bummer.
Date:November 29, 2011
Pros: Portable
Cons: Poor Flavor
I was so excited to get these because we have had them at our local zoo. However, these didnt even come close. They are sooooo bland and boring. No flavor. You would most definitely have to drench them in sauce or butter to make them taste good. What a shame... and a waste. My kids wont even eat them. Guess theres always the dog.
These Bosco sticks are one of the few foods that my entire family will eat. We like them brushed with a little butter and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. All winter long, they are my go-to side dish when we have soup for dinner; my picky kids who won't eat soup love Bosco breadsticks, so everyone gets full! I've tried several brands of mozzarella-filled breadsticks, and these are by far the best out there!
I buy these almost every month, because they don't last long in my home. They go great with everything from spaghetti to Friday night pizza, or alone as an after school/anytime snack.
These have become a staple at our house. We eat them as a meal with marinara sauce. My kids love them. Can't say enough about them, they're fabulous! Home run, Market Day!
Bosco Breadsticks have become a staple at our house. They warm up and brown nicely in the toaster oven in just about 10 minutes. We serve these as an alternative to plain bread sticks or cheese sticks. They pair nicely with a salad or pasta for dinner, or served with pizza sauce as an appetizer or snack. I usually brush the finished bread stick with a little butter and sprinkle some Italian seasoning & Parmesan cheese.

Middle of the road
Date:March 24, 2011
Cons: Poor Packaging
I thought the texture was good, nice stringy cheese, but very bland. definately need to dip in sauce or put butter and garlic on them. My son said they smelled bad and reluctantly tried one and didn't like it and he loves Coles stuffed breadsticks from the grocery store. I bought these because of him, thinking he'd love them. did not like how they are packaged, all in one unsealed bag in the box. Don't think they'd stay fresh very long. Probably wont' buy again.
