Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
This roast always cooks to perfection! Tender, moist, flavorful. Even my mother-in-law requests this. Kids love it too. It serves 5-6 max though. We are lucky if there are leftovers, but it is rare. I love to try different coatings/glazes and I still cant mess this up :o)
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Cons: none
I really think this is the most flavorful, tender item market day has ever offered. Needs no seasoning. Meat is always tender. I order this every time. Better than a butcher shop.
I have ordered this roast for years, it was the best thing Market Day had. I ordered two with my last order. One for me one for my Mother. I had a special dinner planned and I couldn't go wrong serving this, I thought... I was shocked when I took it out of the oven and found it to be the worst meat I had ever purchased. And I had to serve it to guests. Then my Mother had the same experience. Never again.

Great Meat
Date:January 26, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Healthy, High Quality
We put it in a cage and roasted on the grill. It was outstanding. One of the best selections of meat I ever ate including a resturant. Worth every penny!
Pros: Flavorful, Versatile, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
I'm a big review-reader before I buy a product, and the reviews for this item are dead-on. You cannot fail with this piece of meat. A little bit of seasonings, put it in the oven, and forget about it. My husband's eyes were literally popping out of his head and he was practically moaning as he inhaled this. That's always a good reaction! My son loved it too. Ordering again RIGHT NOW!
(As for servings, this fed 2 adults and one child, and there was one piece left over.)

Absolutely Delicious
Date:January 8, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, High Quality
Cons: no cons
I have served this pork roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions around it for dinner parties many times and always get rave reviews. The meat is moist and has a delicious coating to it when roasted. I never add anything to it . . . just roast as is and it is really GOOD, believe me. I will continue to buy this from Market Day. Hope it never goes away.

Date:May 2, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
I have bought this many times and will continue to buy this Pork Roast as long as Market Day offers it. My best friend and my niece have both commented that this is the BEST pork that they have EVER had!!!!!! I must agree with them both.
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
This is a really delicious and juicy roast. I roasted it with fresh rosemary and lemon and made a pan gravy with the drippings. It was heavenly! This is definitely a weekend meal project, though.

Perfect for a Dinner Party
Date:February 18, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Versatile
This is the best roast- it cuts like butter! Easy to make--it is really good with just salt & pepper on it.
My husband asked where I purchased this pork roast because he said it was so moist and juicy...followed cooking directions exactly and it turned out perfect!!! He couldn't believe it was market day...thought it was from our local butcher. Large thick cuts of meat when sliced....very good!!! Ordering another one today....

Suprisingly delicious!
Date:January 9, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
Cons: not big enough, expensive
I bought this with some reservations, but I trusted the reviews. I'm glad I did. I used the recommended spice rub (pepper, garlic, thyme and rosemary) and it was FABULOUS! Super moist, flavorful and delicious! It was even better reheated the next day. Though a bit expensive, it made for a terrific meal. If you have big eaters, it's really only enough for one helping for 4 - 5 people. Definitely worth trying! I'll be buying it again in the future!

Savory fare!
Date:December 22, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
Cons: serves 5-6 not 10
So easy and delicious - with or without fuss. Sometimes we rub, sometimes we don't. No need to baste for sure. Our family of three - parents and a teen - gets two meals out of a roast. I slice two servings per rib which equals the size of a generous pork chop. Ten servings would be skimpy, indeed.
