I've enjoyed the "regular" cordon bleu stuffed chicken breasts from Market Day for years and thought I'd give these a try since they're just 220 calories. They are just as delicious! There was plenty of cheese, the ham had just the right amount of smoky saltiness and the chicken was nice and moist.
I highly recommend these!

Cons: Over Seasoned
These were great tonight in a pitch. Quick and easy to make. My husband and 5 year old son both enjoyed these very much. If I had to pick something that I didn't like, it would be the amount of seasoning on top. If they had maybe half of the seasoning they would be PERFECT!

We loved these and no one even noticed the breading was gone!
They have a great taste, easy to cook and very moist when done.
My son and dad loved these. I also make these with the Naked Mushroom Stuffed Chicken breast so there is a choice.
Do not hesitate to buy.

Our family loved the taste and the fact that they were very healthy. I've tried to make healthy versions of cordon bleu before, but it was never a success and the recipes were never very easy, so I was so happy to find these. Also, someone mentioned there was too much seasoning on top, so I was a little nervous at first, but I thought the seasoning was perfect. We'll definitely be ordering these again!

My entire family loves these especially my husband and me. They are much better than the ones with breading and better for you too. The only draw back I see is that they did take longer to cook than the directions stated however.

The flavor was very good but most of the cheese oozed out while cooking in the oven. I suppose that would lower the calorie content though. ;o)

The cooking time on the box does NOT give enough time. I had to cook it for 45 min to get the middle done then the chicken was dry.

My husband loves the Barber Farms Cordon Bleu that they sell at the grocery store, so I figured I'd try these since they aren't breaded. I thought they'd be a little healthier for him. We ate them for dinner and the taste was excellent. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are pretty small portions. I had to make 3 of them and give each of us one and a half so we would be full. They were very, very tasty though.

The Naked Cordon Bleu Stuffed Chicken is excellent. I cooked it in a toaster oven at work, so it's easy to prepare on the go. It's lower in calories than the breaded version. I got a small box of 4, so I'm going ot have to order more to test it on the entire family, but I think everyone will enjoy it!

Perfect food for Weight Watchers since it's low cal, and no breading. 20 Month old and 4 year old both liked this chicken. It was moist and flavorful, and the cooking times were perfect, generally i have to adjust, but have yet to adjust the cooking times on any Market Day product. I also find the portion size to be perfect, I know they appear small, but I think it's great when you are watching intake.

Cons: Poor Texture
First of all, they are very small. Within three bites, I hade HUGE chuncks of grissle - I almost threw up in my napkin. My kids were fussing over eating theirs so I didn't push them - I thought all I need is for them to get a chunk of that in their mouth and they will never eat chicken again - NASTY! Sounded good and nice idea - but GROSS!

The First Time I ordered these They Were so good.. So I ordered again, This time they were so full of fat, There was not one bite that wasn't fat. It Was disgusting, My Guests went home hungry and i was so disappointed... I will never order these again!

Strange texture on the bottom

There's not much Market Day I don't like, but even after cooking the suggested time (and nuking an additional minute), this product had some odd something on the bottom, that didn't seem like chicken. It was tolerable. I would not try it again, sorry to say.

I did not like the taste of this product. I felt the seasoning was too potent and over powered the real taste of the chicken, cheese, and ham.
I will not buy this again and I want to be able to buy the original Chicken Cordon Bleu. I don't like the fact that just because a new product is being introduced and being pushed by the company, the original item is now "NOT AVAILABLE."

My husband & I just tried these this evening for dinner. Wow- they are delicious! And better yet, they LOOK like they took alot of time to make if you want to serve them to guests. I think the seasoning was just right. I will definitely order these again. (Wish I had known months ago that these are so good!)
