Great Go-to breakfast

Date:November 17, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
These are great for on the go breakfast--usually for mom! Kids get a nice sit down breakfast, but mom is on the go, grabbing a bar and a glass of milk. So far, one of out 3 kids has tried and really likes these too.
As others have said, sweet and crunchy

Kids LOVE them

Date:July 7, 2011
Pros: Kid-Friendly
OK... so I wasn't too convinced that my kids would opt for a protein bar vs. a granola bar or another snack. My kids LOVE them -- I'm ordering two boxes this month -- we're running out!

Great on the go snack

Date:December 7, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
These bars are absolutely delicious! I jus ordered five boxes to get through the month. They are the right blend of crunchy and sweet AND have five grams of fiber.

Date:October 14, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
these bars are truly awesome for moms and kids alike.
while they taste like a delicious candy bar, they have protein and fiber, so they are actually good for you!

there is always one in my purse when i am on the go.

Have had better

Date:November 7, 2011
Pros: Healthy
Cons: Poor Flavor, Poor Texture, high price
The fuel bar looks like a tasty candy bar but thats it. As soon as you bite in and start chewing you know it's not a candy bar or granola bar, the texture is very grainy and it doesn't get soft at any point. The sandy/grittiness does not subside.
I'm very disappointed in this product and surely will not buy again.

the perfect bite for kids and adults

Date:August 5, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
This is one of the best tasting protein bars I've tried. They are so tasty my 11 year old will eat them to refuel after (or during) a long day of play!

Junk food bar

Date:May 16, 2011
Cons: unhealthy
FRACTIONATED PALM KERNAL OIL = Bad for you
Fractionated palm kernel oil contains a higher concentration of saturated (Bad) fat than regular palm kernel oil (which is also Bad).
HYDROGENATED PALM KERNEL OIL = hidden trans fat
CORN SYRUP = sugar
HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP = much worse than sugar
One teaspoon of granulated white sugar is equal to about 4.2 grams. These have 15 grams per serving or more than 3 1/2 teaspoons of sugar per serving.
50 calories from Fat divided by the 180 calories per serving size = .2777 = 27.77% calories from Fat.

Just OK!

Date:March 6, 2011
Pros: Portable, Healthy
Cons: bad after taste
I have purchased many health / protein bars and these to me are just ok. I don't say that about many Market Day products. What I didn't like about them is the after taste. The chocolate was good but after chewing and swallowing the bars, it left a gritty or sandy feeling in my mouth. I've eaten rice krispie treats which didn't leave that kind of feeling in my mouth?? I thought it might be just the one bar but after eating 3, I still get the same effect after swallowing.....I don't like that. I will finish the box I bought but I will not buy another. There are too many other choices out there that I don't need to spend my money on these.

Better than most bars!

Date:February 26, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Kid-Friendly
The taste is delicious! The texture is perfect. It tastes a little like a eating a dark chocolate covered rice krispie bar but there it has more protein to it. I highly recommend as a breakfast or late afternoon snack.

Surprisingly good!

Date:February 24, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Healthy, filling
Bought these by mistake. Actually quite good. Must have a ton of fiber because they are very filling. Big. Probably too big for a kid, but great for hubby's briefcase!

As good as a candy bar

Date:February 14, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Portable
These protein bars are delicious! Large sized, probably too big for small children to eat, but great as an adult after work pick me up. Price comparable to like items.

Don't Kid Yourselves

Date:February 9, 2011
Cons: unhealthy
These are made of junk. Google "Palm Kernal Oil", "HFCS", etc. I would rather eat or feed to my kids a spoonful of natural peanut butter spread on a Wasa cracker and topped with real dark chocolate. Protein. Fiber. Crispy. Chocolaty. Done.

Great!

Date:February 8, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
Cons: too expensive
These would get 5 stars if they were a bit less expensive. They are a little pricey, but my kids love them as a pre-game snack or on-the-go breakfast.

Kids love them

Date:November 30, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
Has the crunchiness and just the right amount of sweetness, will have to hide some so the kids don't eat them all!
