Pros: Flavorful, Portable, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, perfectly balanced flavor
When we first started buying string cheese in the grocery store we would always have an issue with it being too wet or too dry; even the good name brands were this way. We started buying this string cheese from Market Day in 2009 and we have found a string cheese that we will buy on a monthly basis and never have to worry about if it will be too dry or too wet because it has the perfect balance every time. They have a customer for life now partially due to this product but also many of their other products are superior as well and really cost very similar to the grocery stores. This is a product that our whole family enjoys and we recommend it to all of Market Day customers to try it for yourself!!!!!!

We've been buying Market Day string cheese for years. It was the only string cheese my son would eat and to be honest I preferred it to other brands. But now it is like the brands found at the grocery store. I'm happy that my son still eats it since it is the protein in his school lunch but we don't like it nearly as much as the original brand. Can you go back to the original supplier? It was so much better.

We have always purchased Market Day string cheese and my kids loved it. The last time we purchased it, the cheese is completely different (including the packaging), and now my kids won't eat it anymore. It tastes more like the products in the grocery store that they do not like. Please consider returning to the previous supplier!!!

I have ordered Market Day string cheese for several months - it was the best string cheese!! However, last month something changed and their new product does not taste good at all.
I contacted Market Day, and they did refund my money.
I will not buy Market Day string cheese again.... unless they bring back the old product!

I used to get the string cheese every month. My kids loved them. They were better than anything in the grocery store. I bought them last month but they must have changed something because they are not good anymore. The taste and texture are completely different and not for the better. Bring back the old ones!!!!

I also noticed they were very salty. my husband won't eat them. I will but won't order them again. I 'm trying the colby jack and hope they will be better.

I have ordered the String Cheese for over a year now and it was always the best String Cheese. However, last month I noticed the box was different. When I got home I opened the box and tried one of them and it was not the same, and is not near as good as the box I got in December. The new box is much less creamy tasting and is so very salty. Please go back to the brand you used in 2011.

I usually always include a package of string cheese in my order. The last time I placed an order it was on special so I even bought two boxes. I noticed right away that the package was different, they seemed a little smaller, and the first one I had was very salty. I have always liked them for a quick nutritious snack for my kids, but now I am very hesitant on purchasing them because the quality does not seem to be the same.

I have been buying Market Day for years and always included string cheese on my order. They were always so much better than the cheese bought in the grocery stores. However, on our last order it was different. The packaging, texture and taste were very different. We won't be buying these from Market Day again. So disappointed.

I've purchased the string cheese once before and I absolutely LOVED them! I raved to friends & family and even convinced them to purchase some during my next order. When I recieved them I noticed instantly the packaging was different and was a little nervous. Once at home I tried them hoping the look was changed and not the product....but to my misfortune the entire item is different. It no longer has that creamy delicious flavor. Boy am I disappointed....not only for myself but for my friend that decided to purchase because of my review :(

I've been buying these cheese sticks from Market Day religiously for 6 years. When we received our last delivery, my kids noticed right away that a) the flavor was "yucky" and b) the texture was dry and crumbly. In fact, both spit their bites into the garbage can. I assumed they were being overly dramatic so I tried the new cheesesticks myself. I have to agree with their palates. The new cheese sticks leave a lot to be desired. I was left with 2 boxes of inedible cheese sticks and am still trying to figure out what to do with them.
Bring the old ones back!!!

My teenage son and I really enjoyed the Market Day string cheese. I knew something had changed though when my son had not devoured a box of string cheese within a day or two. It was lasting over a week which was weird. So, I ate one. It had a strange taste and an odd texture. I thought...ok...maybe it was just that one. Nope, the next one was the same. In fact, I couldn't even eat the whole piece of string cheese...threw it away. The sad part is that I bought two boxes of the string cheese to prepare for my teenager's unending hunger. It's almost two weeks and we still have an unopened box and quite a few in the opened box. Am I going to end up throwing these away? Probably. But, how I hate to waste money. Please bring back the previous cheese.

I've bought these for 9 years from Market Day and they used to be my kids favorite string cheese but not anymore...something has changed and they're not like they used to be. It's now too hard and has to be eaten as "strings" which my kids don't like. They say it's too chewy now and doesn't taste like the old version and has too much of an aftertaste...must be a new vendor/supplier but it's not getting thumbs up here, sorry :-(
