Not too shabby!

Date:May 1, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep, Healthy, Good Texture, Versatile
Cons: Bland
I don't generally like sweet potatoes at all but I really liked this. As other people have reviewed, add a little oil spray or olive oil along with some seasoning (seasoned salt or garlic pepper work well) before baking. Also, toss them about halfway through cooking to evenly brown. Great side dish when time is of the essence. I do recommend trying it and tweaking the flavors you like.

Great taste

Date:February 17, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly
Although the name is what caught my eye there's a lot more white potatoes the sweet. The flavor is quite good though and I would most definitely recommend.

Husband loved it

Date:February 3, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly
My husband couldn't stop eating this. I'm not a huge sweet potato fan but really liked this mixture. I did end up cooking it a little longer than suggested to get the potatoes really crispy.

Excellent side dish

Date:July 9, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
I love this side dish. I have a Nu Wave oven and I cook the meat and the sweet potato medley at same time. Excellent flavor. Sometimes I have just this and add a little shredded chicken to it.

Nice Sweet and Salty Blend

Date:May 21, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Good Texture, Versatile
I love that the sweet potatoes are combined with normal potatoes in this product. Sweet potatoes are very healthy (they have more potassium than bananas!), but I'm not to crazy about their sweetness by themselves. Combined with the regular potatoes and the seasonings, the sweetness is nicely balanced with salty.

Spoil quickly

Date:March 11, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly
Cons: spoil quickly
These potatoes make for a great side dish but must be prepared shortly after receiving them. If left in the freezer for more than a couple weeks, the bag fills with ice, and they are ruined.

Great dish with a little bit of help

Date:February 8, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
I tried this product for the first time and loved it.
I followed the baking directions, but with a small change. I sprayed the potatoes with cooking spray and sprinkled Seasoned Salt on top. The flavor was great. I actually had this as my meal, not just as a side.
I will buy again.

good but needs help

Date:January 18, 2011
Pros: Versatile, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly
Cons: Bland
The first time I made these according to skillet directions. Bland but not great. the second time I made them in the skillet with a little extra seasonings and onion. Came out like fancy hash brown potatoes. Liked them that way. SP did indeed cook faster than the white potatoes though.

DELICIOUS!!!!

Date:November 30, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture
This medley is so delicious! Everyone in our family loved them! One box served four adults and two kids - with leftovers for one meal. The mix of potatoes and the seasoning is wonderful! I cooked them in a skillet on the stovetop in a little bit off oil.
I will get this again! It was AWESOME!

Roasted or mashed nutrient rich!

Date:October 25, 2010
Pros: Kid-Friendly, Healthy, nutrient
I decided to mash these with more russet potatoes. They were excellent. Lots of flavor and lots of vitamins and minerals too. My kids loved them too. Recommend them paired with 1 (Sweet potato medley) to 3 russet potatoes steamed or roasted then mashed.

Great side dish!

Date:October 20, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
My family loves this product. I cooked them in the skillet. I did use a little more oil than what is recommended. The flavor was great and it was a nice change from the usual potatoes we have for dinner. I've ordered this product again and again and again!

Very easy and the kids loved them

Date:October 19, 2010
Pros: Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
I bought these to try, as we are trying to change up our dinner menu a bit. The kids loved the mix of potatos. Both my husband and I enjoyed them as well. My middle child wants to have them with every dinner. I did add a very small amount of seasoning(garlic, pepper, and a pinch of salt). A big plus for me is the ease of preparation. I followed the tip of drizzling with a little olive oil before baking. We will buy these again.

Spuds a bust for us

Date:September 28, 2010
Cons: Bland
Sadly I was underwhelmed with this dish. Easy enough to prepare, but we found them to be flavorless and dry. I love sweet potatoes and in this case, both the white and the sweet potatoes tasted the same - bland. I think a nice buttery sauce may have helped, but not willing to give it another try. =0(
