These sandwiches are delicious and so handy. I bring to work for breakfast. And so healthy is a big plus! Please note though, you only need to defrost 1 minute and then cook 1 minute. Cooking for two minutes will definitely ruin it leaving no cheese left and a rubbery muffin. Cooking for the 1 minute was perfect. Add a little mustard and ketchup and delish!

Please add a whole wheat muffin!
Date:May 5, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly
Cons: need more fiber
These would be perfect if only they used a whole grain, wheat muffin. THen these would be a perfect way for kids and adults to start the day; low fat, high protein and high fiber! Please, Please, Please switch it to a whole wheat bun!

I've actually taken mine apart. Toasted the English muffin in the toaster and put the rest on a paper towel on a paper plate then microwaved for 20-30 seconds. It took a little longer to prepare, but it was better. If I couldn't get them apart I microwave for 8 seconds.

Great for quick breakfast
Date:March 4, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy
The only issue I had was with the cheese melting too fast and the middle still being cold. Otherwise, I love them for a quick breakfast.

Review 5 for Ham, Egg White, Cheese English Muffin
I bought these as a quick breakfast for my husband I before work. These are more healthy then Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. However, these seem to not microwave well. My husband followed the exact time for a frozen sandwhich and the cheese melted all over. I didn't put mine in for as much time and didn't have the problem with the cheese but the bottom was soggy. Then another time the bottom was crunchy. Perhaps they would turn out better in the oven but then they wouldn't be the quick and easy breakfast I was looking for.

This sandwich is good but the ham gets a bit rubbery. It's a great healthier option and does have a great taste.

Easy quick breakfast
Date:January 25, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
Cons: Bland
These are very tasty quick breakfast sandwiches. BUT you need a few tips to heat them up right so they taste their best. I seperate the english muffin from the frozen egg/cheese. Defrost the english muffin for 30-45 seconds in the microwave and then toast to in the toaster for best crispy tatste. Microwave the egg/cheese portion by itself so you can be sure it is full hot. Then put the pieces back together for a fresh sandwich.

Review 9 for Ham, Egg White, Cheese English Muffin
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality
Lots of protein to keep you filled up in the am and quite a tasty snack. I have found that it is easier to leave one thawed in the refrigerator as they get kind of chewy if you heat from frozen but 50-60 seconds in the microwave when thawed and they are awesome!

Review 10 for Ham, Egg White, Cheese English Muffin
Most items I get from here are very good. This was just 'ok'. I kept them in the refrigerator and then microwaved for 1 min. Most of the cheese came out. When I tried heating it for a little shorter a time, the middle was not cooked. I don't think I will order these again.

Review 14 for Ham, Egg White, Cheese English Muffin
I ordered these before I went on weight watchers thinking they looked tasty and a great quick breakfast. Then I was surprised to find out they were only 5 points which really isn't bad at all. I think they taste really good and actually prefer egg whites to scrambled eggs so it works out great for me.

Better than Expected
Date:September 14, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, Versatile
My fiance loved the WW english muffin sandwiches. I saw these and decided to try them. They are great. I agree that you have to adjust the time depending on your microwave power level. However, these are low on the PP System for WW and a great breakfast on the go for both he and I. I think that they taste great and are way worth the money. They are less expensive and great. I can't recommend them enough for a quick breakfast on the go. I've even found him eating them at late at night when he was looking for a snack.

Disappointed
Date:June 6, 2011
Cons: Poor Texture
I followed heating directions...that got me a soggy muffin. I thought more time would help; nope, that got me a hard, horrible muffin. To finish these off and not waste them, I ended up just microwaving the whole thing and throwing away the muffin. This is not the quick, easy, delicious breakfast promised. I love MD, but this product is not to their standards or mine. Don't waste your money.

Ham, Egg White, Cheese English Muffin
Date:April 19, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile, very close to commercial ones
These are delicious, and very quick to fix, when you are in a hurry, or just can't decide what to fix for a quick Breakfast-OR- lunch. I usually add a touch of jelly for breakfast, or a little mustard, if it is for lunch. Add juice or fruit and you have a meal.
