Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
We made this for Christmas breakfast and impressed everyone. They all were impressed that my husband spent so much time preparing such a great breakfast that early in the morning. He told them the truth, that it was from Market Day,and they were all surprised, thinking it was freshly made. We order this often because it's so great for a Sunday morning breakfast after church. Yum!

Great tasking
Date:January 18, 2012

This is a great tasting product and very easy to fix. My kids love it! YOU NEED TO GET THIS ITEM BACK. We DO NOT like the breakfast casserole
We had this one night when we needed a quick and easy dinner, and breakfast for dinner sounded good. It was delicious, especially when we zinged it up with some salsa on top. We will definitely be ordering this again.
Tried this for the first time. Both my husband and I enjoyed it. I found it quick and easy to prepare. It is a lot for 2, but a little leftover is fine. I would buy it again.

Tasty Fast Breakfast
Date:October 15, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep
We love this for breakfast or dinner. Quick to fix and tasty. Depending on taste you can even add some ketchup or salsa. My older son loves it, my younger, finicky daughter hasn't tried it yet. Serve with fruit, toast or french toast sticks and you have a fabulous meal!
This is great on tortillas with some cheese! Quick and easy!

fast & good
Date:January 4, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep
made this when my parents came up. My dad is farmer so this is right up his alley. They enjoyed it and it was nice to have something filling for breakfast. The kids didn't eat it but that was okay because I added more pepper and red paper to it for a kick.
My family enjoyed this. It made a quick and easy breakfast. Made cooking a breeze on Christmas.

good flavor- eggs were weird
Date:November 2, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep
Cons: eggs were weird
Would have gotten 4 stars were it not for the eggs. My kids wouldn't eat them. They were OBVIOUSLY not "freshly scrambled." Other than that though, we enjoyed it. Good flavor, easy to make... just use your own eggs.

Tastes greats, lots to go around!
Date:September 19, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
We made our first MD order this past month and this was first item we tried. It was a hit! The box claims to serve 5, but I've already gotten 2 breakfasts out of this skillet. Both times I served it in whole wheat tortillas with some salsa. Both the kiddos, almost 4 and 2 ate it and wanted more. The husband was also impressed. Overall, I found it to be very tasty and well seasoned.
I'm not one for onions, but I still found this very good. I think for most the onion ratio is probably "just right." My husband is not an onion eater and he thought it was fine.
Extremely easy to make. The box says about 12 minutes, I cooked it 15 to brown the potatoes a bit (personal preference).
This would be a nice quick fix for an on fly the breakfast, or maybe if you had company over.
we packed this frozen breakfast in our cooler and took it camping. I fired up the coleman stove our first morning there and this cooked quickly for a delicious hot breakfast on a cold morning.
I probably won't buy this often for use at home because I prefer to make my meals from scratch, but for camping or if you need a hot breakfast in a hurry, I think this stuff is great.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Good Texture
We love this, especially for the Weekends. We have stopped going out on Weekend mornings for breakfast and spend it at home and make this. It's very good and everyone loves it.

Onions, Onions, Onions

The skillet was 1/3 onions, way too many. I like onions but when it is more onion than eggs, potatoes & sausage, thats overboard.
