I can't live without these. Perfect weekday breakfast. Easy and low in calories and fat. I eat 2 almost every morning in half of a toasted pita and still under 200 calories!

changed recipe
Date:May 11, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
Cons: Poor Texture, Bland, Poor Flavor
I used to buy these all the time and then stopped. They are very rubbery now when cooked in the microwave and do not like the cheese at all. The edges harden up when cooked too. I used to like these. I think the recipe has been changed and they are not nearly worth buying now.

Terrible Product
Date:April 24, 2012
Pros: easy to trash
Cons: Poor Texture, Bland, Poor Flavor, rubbery
The highly rated reviews on this product make me laugh as I don't know what these people were having for breakfast before this !! This is the worse Market Day product I have every purchased. These are terrible with no taste what so ever and are very rubbery in natural. My wife and I each tried one and the 10 left went straight into the trash. Can't believe anyone would like these let alone MD selling them.

Great low carb breakfast option!
Date:April 21, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep, Healthy, Good Texture
So glad you still carry these. Trying to limit carbs and still keep it relatively low cal. These omelets fit the bill perfectly with a slice of Canadian bacon. Easy and quick breakfast on a weekday morning! Thank you Market Day!
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Versatile
I order these mini omelets every month and have ordered the mini omelets for more than 1 year. I have one every morning before work. It is quick. I put the omelet on a plate and cover it with a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute, sometimes I heat it for an additional 15-20 seconds. I sprinkle some Dash Table Blend on the top. It adds flavor without adding salt. I also read a suggestion to put the omelet in an English muffin. You can add vegies, sausage or ready bacon with it for a complete meal. Yum!

Huge disappointment!
Date:March 2, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep
Cons: Poor Texture, Bland, Poor Flavor
I'm shocked that Market Day would carry such an awful product. This is the first disappointment I've ever had with ordering. The eggs were of a "rubbery" texture and the cheese was gritty. There isn't enough salt in the world to flavor these omelets. What a waste of money!

Quick but strange
Date:February 20, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep
Cons: Poor Texture, Poor Flavor
Quick bite for the morning. Strange texture though. My kid wasn't too enthusiastic (she isn't the picky type). A one time try for our family.
These are ok. I like them but don't love them. There is a recipe that used them in a muffin sandwich. I was excited but then disappointed. It was ok, just like the omlets.
These are so good and healthy. I used to order them when my son was in school five years ago. I'm back now. Healty, low fat, no sugar, minimal calories. Highy recommend.

GREAT CHOICE for Weight Watchers
Date:January 3, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep
Not only is this little omelet easy to prepare but it is only (1) W.W. point. Put it on 2 slices of W.W. bread and you have a (3) point breakfast.

Excellent
Date:December 16, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
These little omelets are very tasty, and simple to warm in the microwave. They are perfect for anyone watching their weight due to their superb nutritional content. If you are a Weight Watcher, each omelet calculates to only 1 Points Plus value!!
Amazingly, my picky 4 year old granddaughter loves them, as well.

Great post workout snack!!
Date:November 30, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep, Healthy
this is a great post workout snack... great protein, low in fat and calories, easy to pop in the microwave and quick to chow down!
I bought these mini cheese omelets based on the reviews that were on the Internet. From what I read they were supposed to be easy to make and I figured that they would be a quick and easy on-the-go breakfast meal. All I have to say is EWWWWW! My girls LOVE egg and chesse omelets, BUT not these!! I warmed them in the microwave and they came out tasting like burnt rubber. The cheese didn't even taste like cheese! My 7 year old doesn't like them, my 3 year old hates them, and I think that they are discusting! Come to find out they aren't that good for you either. You would be better off taking a fresh egg and nuking it with cheese than buying these.

Great fo Breakfast Sandwiches
Date:November 19, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep
I use these omelets to make English muffin breakfast sandwiches along with the Market Day precooked bacon. They are delicious and ready super fast! Great for busy mornings and much healthier than hitting the drive thru!
