Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
These breakfast bowls are loaded with fruit, with a nice amount of granola. The fruit is a bit tart, but the granola is sweet without being too sweet- just a good balance. I've eaten these only for breakfast, but I will be having them as a dessert with vanilla ice cream next! Delicious!
Sour fruit in a sauce that is WAY too sweet. Good concept, but I wish it were made with sweeter fruit and a sauce that is fruit juice based with less sugar. My kids wouldn't eat it.

its good but not the best. tastes a little weird but tolerable. all of mine didnt stay in the mole shape. they all became a pile of moosh. but that is ok. i didnt really expect it to say in the mold shape anyway. but i would order this again. they did grow on me a bit.

Easy, delicious meal or snack
Date:November 28, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Good Texture
Cons: a bit expensive
My kids and I love these with vanilla yogurt added to the center after heating!
This is more like a dessert cobbler than a breakfast food.

quick and easy....
Date:October 18, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality
Cons: too much sugar!
super easy and fast to make....my only complaint is the high sugar content. it was almost overly sweet. I think If there were a little less sugar it would be absolutely perfect. I will say, I did enjoy it though. very much!

Tasty breakfast treat or dessert
Date:September 30, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality
Delicious flavors - like a fruit crisp. The molded containers can also be re-used to make little bundt cakes. Good for you too!
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Good Texture, no trans fat, high fiber
Cons: high fructose corn syrup is a mid-level ingredient
Who would think that something as tasty as the Apple Berry Breakfast Bowl would also be loaded with fiber and still be relatively low in calories for a snack or breakfast? From the microwave they are warm and delicious. We make sure to buy these every month.
We thought this would be a sure thing for our kids. It wasn't. It was so sweet (think store bought cherry pie sweet) that none of us could eat even half. Kudos for fruit and oatmeal...too much sugar.
One teaspoon of granulated white sugar is equal to about 4.2 grams. This thing has 34 grams or more than 8 teaspoons of sugar per serving. A huge increase in blood sugar leads to a big spike in insulin production to handle the sugar. A high sugar breakfast will most likely lead you to over eat at lunch time. This is because the insulin spike will have handled all the sugar long before lunch and without enough protein in your breakfast you'll be empty.
If they'd mix in some whey protein and replace the sugar with splenda, then these could be healthy as well as great tasting.

Yum, Yum, Yummy

This is to die for...........I could eat it all day long and it's only 200 calories! I am not an apple lover, but thought I'd try it due to it having raspberries. The blend of the 3 fruits is perfecto!! I have been having it for breakfast every day. It's healthy and indulgent all at the same time.

Cons: specific cooking instructions
I don't usually write review. but this is SOOO much better than the picture/description alludes to:)
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Super easy to make, microwaveable, tasty, and healthy! Though my daughter isn't a fan of tart fruit (or apples), I found this to be so delicious! It's packed full of very fresh fruit and just a little on the tart side. The tartness is perfectly paired with the sweetness of the granola and just a hint of brown sugar. I eat this by itself as a breakfast, but it would be great paired with vanilla yogurt or vanilla ice cream for a dessert. This is one item we will continue to purchase over and over.
I bought these looking for a breakfast alternative for my girls. The apples and berries have a strange texture, as does the granola, and overall they are very sweet-tasting. Definitely more like a dessert. Perhaps would be better if baked than microwaved??
My kids love these. They make a nice alternative to oatmeal or other warm breakfast foods. But they're a rare treat as the price is just too much for everyday.
