I love lemon and these had such great reviews I tried them for Christmas. Great lemony flavor, a nice change from all the chocolate overload. You can't tell they are premade dough. They could not be easier since the dough is already formed into balls. Put on cookie sheet and bake. Done!

I love these cookies and I also take them out of the oven before they are completely done and let them sit on the cookie sheet to finish baking. This keeps them from getting too hard.
I also used mine as a crust for a cream cheese and lemon pudding dessert. Then I topped the entire dessert with fresh blueberries. It was a big hit with family and friends.

Preheat oven, place already prepared frozen cookies on cookie sheet, ready in 15 minutes. DELICIOUS! Excellent lemon flavor. This is my kind of cooking. No scooping cookie dough from container. Cookies frozen individually and makes preparing a cinch.

I baked these following the instructions perfectly even though I was skeptical about leaving them on the baking sheet for 15 minutes. I'm glad I did because they turned out perfect. They were slightly chewy with a bit of crispy on the bottom. They're sweet and lemony. Sometimes I get tired of chocolate desserts being around chocoholics all the time. My son and I love these.
I stored extras in a ziploc bag and they stayed fresh for two days...maybe longer if I hadn't finished them.

These lemon delights bake up crispy yet chewy. They melt in your mouth! We love the convenience of a fresh baked treat that is ready in minutes without any mess. Great lemon flavor that my kids love and ask for over and over. We like them for an after school treat. Sometimes we pop them in the oven while eating dinner and by the time we are done with the meal we have a delicious sweet cookie dessert. What could be "cooler"?

These cookies are SO good!! Perfect combination of lemon and white chocolate. The down side to them being so delicious is that I don't want to share them with anyone.
After all the rave reviews I hope Market Day will consider having them available all the time. I've hadn't been able to buy them because I didn't realize they were only available at certain times of the year. The next time I see them I will definitely buy a couple of boxes to put away.

If you love lemon & white chocolate-this combo is amazing! When they say 'lemon cooler', they mean just that. The cookies give you an odd 'coolness' feeling like having an ice cold lemonade.
I was the only one in the house who liked them but that just meant more for me! Not for kids who typically prefer the 'generic' chocolate chip cookie but I would highly recommend them for the white chocolate lover in the family. This is easily my favorite item offered by Market Day.
