Delicious

Date:December 8, 2010
Pros: Easy Prep, Healthy
Based on the reviews that I read, I purchased this product and it is delicious. We actually ate it 2 nights in a row. I wish more came in the package becasue you can easily eat 2 per sitting. I highly recommend this item to everyone !

Not so good

Date:April 12, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep
Cons: Bland, Poor Flavor
I thought the stuffed eggplant was just ok, but my daughter and husband did not like them at all. They were mushy and not much taste. Maybe if they came with a sauce they would taste better.

Sometimes good sometimes not

Date:March 28, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, Good Texture
The first time I purchased it was very good, the second time the eggplant edges were dry but very edible with your favorite spaghetti sauce on top.

Not what I expected. The eggplant was hard and bland, did not enjoy this at all. A waste of money.

The eggplant has always been a great success for my complete

Excellent! Quick, easy, and VERY tasty. The whole family loved it. The only complaint is that there are only 8 pieces in the entire box. There are 4 of us in my family and if each family member eats 2 (which we did), there are no leftovers. There also isn't enough if you have a bigger family or guests over.

Lacks flavor

Date:February 14, 2012
Pros: Easy Prep
Cons: Poor Texture, Bland, Poor Flavor
I baked these for 40 min and they were sub par. They really lack flavor and the breading is lackluster. Something is missing from a potentially good meal.

Delicious

Date:January 6, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, High Quality, Good Texture
I really like these. They have really good flavor and end up nice and crispy if you cook them long enough. I usually find that frozen eggplant tends to get pretty mushy but these have not done that for me. These have turned out to be a great meat free meal for me. I will definitely purchase these again.

SO Good!

Date:December 10, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
I don't eat eggplant very often. But when I do, it's Market Day's Stuffed Eggplant. It is so easy to make and tastes great when I cover it with marinara sauce! I would recommend this to anyone that thinks they don't like eggplant. It will definitely change your mind!

Date:September 8, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep

i bought these as a recommendation from a friend. they were gross. no matter how long i cooked them, they stayed mushy. the texture was weird and they were unimpressive. my kids, who eat everything, wouldn't go near them.

surprisisngly good

Date:August 4, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
We were having spaghetti for dinner. I grabbed the box of eggplant and decided to cook them. I did not want to heat up the house with the oven, so i used a toaster oven. I took them out of the toaster oven, covered it with sauce and some mozzarella cheese and poped it in the broiler just long enough to melt the cheese, just a few minutes. My family was really impressed with this meal. they said that they would eat it again. the toaster oven gave it a really crunchy texture and was really wonder tasting.

Very bland

Date:May 15, 2011
Cons: Poor Texture, Bland, Poor Flavor
Was excited to try these because we like stuffed eggplant. Unfortunately, these were so bland that no one in my family wanted to even finish the small portion that was on their plate. I was very disappointed.

Date:May 10, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, Good Texture, Versatile
Hesitated buying these. Finally did, what a nice surprise! These are so tasty and delicious. The flavor is wonderful. One with salsa on top was enough for lunch with a salad. Might be my all time favorite anything from MD:)
