Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Cons: long cooking time
These pot pies are delicious! Almost as good as my homemade. Individual size makes serving EASY as pie. Even with the 45 minute cooking time, these are a quick choice compared to making them yourself (or getting in your car and driving to the closest fast-food joint that makes them.) EVERYONE in my family LOVES THESE! (2-yr-old, 5-yr-old, 17-yr-old, and my husband & me!)
These cook up so nice & quick in the microwave, the crust is brown and flaky like you'd expect from being oven-baked. They are a great last-minute dinner.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile, good in microwave
These are the best chicken pot pies I've ever eaten. Big, tender chunks of chicken, delicious vegetables, savory gravy, crisp and tasty pastry. Cooks beautifully in the microwave. We buy 2 boxes nearly every month.

Great meal for kids
Date:December 2, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture
Cons: too small
These pot pies are the best we've found bar none. The are wonderfully seasoned. I just wish they were a little bigger. My daughter loves them; her favorite meal!
We did not like these at all. The chicken seemed processed. There were not enough vegetables also. I have had these baked and microwaved, both turned out less than quality for the price. Will not buy these again.

Great Pies!
Date:October 12, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, High Quality, Good Texture
I echo all the other 5 star reviews about the product. In addition to the comments about the flavor and convenience, I love the flaky crust that completely envelops the pie. Most frozen pot pies have just a single crust over the top - not this one!

easy quick meal for kids
Date:October 4, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality
These are the best frozen pot pies. If you do not like these, you simply do not like pot pies.
Cons: not what i ordered, no directions for the whole pot pie
Okay - so I ordered this the last time I ordered market day and I was expecting 4 INDIVIDUAL POT PIES as advertised. Instead, I get a WHOLE POT PIE ... I type in the directions for the pot pie and there are NONE so hopefully when I cook the WHOLE pot pie, in the time the individuals are, it'll be done. Next time people order it this way, PLEASE SEND US WHAT WE ORDERED and DO NOT SUBSTITUTE!!!
Cons: lack of chicken, only gravy, poor instructions
I've been a Market Day shopper for over 10+ years. Even now when my kids are grown. But when it comes to these Pot Pies I was very disappointed, I found 4 pieces of chicken in my pie , my son ONLY HAD 2! Very few veggies! It was mostly gray and crust that you had to cook much longer than they tell you. NEVER AGAIN for this one!

not like the picture
Date:May 15, 2011
Cons: not enough meat or vegetables
I order a lot from Market Day and have always been happy so I was really surprised when I cooked these. The most chicken I ever saw in any of the four pies was four little pieces, and about the same amount of carrots and peas.
I guess I should be happy there was plenty of gravy to eat with the crust.

tasty, but very high calorie
Date:April 17, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly
Cons: high calorie
This is a great tasting meal, and everyone in my family loves it, but I was astounded when I read the nutritional information. 660 calories per pot pie, with 40% of your fat calories for the day. Tasty, but not healthy.
These were really great tasting pot pies, but one look at the nutritional content stopped me from buying these again. If Market Day is advertising for family meals, I would expect a more healthy nutritional content. I cannot deny how flavorful these are though.
I got these for my 17 year old son to have for a snack when he gets home from school. He doesn't care for these. They are too salty, too little gravy and very little meat. The flavor is so-so. The one pie I saw him cut up had 2 pieces of chicken in it, along with the vegetables. On the good side, they do cook nicely in the microwave. Definitely not worth the cost.

Date:February 11, 2011
Cons: Over Seasoned, not enough ingredients
first time purchase,,and the last,,,too salty,,not enough potatoes,,carrots or chicken in the package i got,,was all gravy,,,sure wasn't worth the money,,
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Good Texture
This was a lot better than I expected! Most store-bought micro pot pies end up burned on the top and underdone inside. This came out perfect, nice chunks of chicken and very flavorful!

Good, but short on gravy
Date:January 20, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Good Texture
Cons: not enough gravy
These pies actually do cook up well in a microwave with less than 1100 watts. The box says that they don't get cooked thoroughly under 1100 but my 800 watter did just fine in nine minutes.
Also, there is not enough gravy. Very good crust though. Good overall.
I was actually super disappointed with this. It was quite small and tasted very salty to me and my husband. We both felt that this definately wasn't worth the extreme amount of calories/fat that the meal had!
