Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Versatile
I love the Citrus Herb Blend, especially on seafood. We use it as a rub and the flavor is spectacular! I've put it on Mahi, Tilapia and mixed it with olive oil and butter to use as a grilling marinade for shrimp kabobs. Love it!
I like the taste of this seasoning, but once opened, the seasoning turns hard as a rock. It's virtually impossible to use because you need a hammer to break it apart!

great on chicken
Date:January 3, 2012
Pros: Flavorful
Cons: Poor Packaging, draws in moisture
i really like this seasoning but as i have found with these new styles of packaging the seasonings cake up something awful!!! :(
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Versatile
I love this seasoning on roasted or fresh vegies. I have used it on eggs and pasta too. I will try it on everything. You don't need to sprinkle alot. Less is better. I can't create this flavor with other seasonings. I obviously will order more.
The citrus flavor in this seasoning blend is a little overwhelming. I have used it on poultry and found that less is way more with it. Also, cooking on the grill helps tone down the flavor more than in the oven or stove top. Glad I bought it on clearance because it's surely going to go to waste in my pantry.

Tasty, but draws moisture
Date:March 8, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Healthy, Versatile
Cons: draws moisture
This seasoning was very tasty. I bought 5 different ones when they first came out. I enjoyed this one the best because I have trouble with onion, garlic, & spicy items which seem to be in the rest of them. This one drew moisture and became rock hard. I still tried to use it, but it became impossible. The other seasonings did not draw moisture. I just have to use them in moderation. I have had my other seasonings for over 1 1/2 yrs.
