Boy is this good! It taste like it's home made but it's so fast and convenient. There are big chunks of vegetables and meat and the thick broth is perfect. This is one of my family's favorite Market Day meals.

We love this beef stew. The meat is good. The carrots are yummy. Easy prep. Its great.
Like all Market Day, this serves 2 adults and 1 child in our home...with nothing left. If you have more than that, you may consider buying 2.
I will be happy if Market Day ever offers a larger size!

Pros: Easy Prep
No one liked this. We ate it, because I bought it and prepared it, and we didn't want to totally waste the whole thing, but no one wanted seconds. I think it was the texture of the gravy...

Cons: carrots were tough
This was an easy go to meal for us. However, the carrots were cut really big & were hard & chewy. I added beef stock to have more gravy. Only enough to feed 1 adult & 2 kids.
Beef stew is pretty easy to make in a crock pot myself, so I don't see us ordering this again.

Great weekday meal. Tastes as if you spent hours preparing. I actually add mushrooms and more vegetables so it tastes even more like "homemade". My husband thought it was the stew I normally cook from scratch. Highly recommend!

Love that you can either crock-pot this or cook it quickly. VERY convenient. Beef was good (no "surprise" rubbery parts!) and veggies were fresh and delicious. And looking at the nutritional info for it, relatively healthy as beef dishes go! Final word - Gravy. That's all I need to say. Gravy. :^)

Cons: pricey
I was pleasantly surprised that a packaged stew was so close to homemade. It would be nice if it was available in a larger option as the amount is kind of small. I have to serve it with a salad and Italian bread. It is a little pricey but I continue to buy it because my family really enjoys it.

Cons: quantity small for price
It was very good. My husband and I were both very surprised with how good it really was. My 13 year old daughter loved it too. It was a little stingy on the quantity so make sure to serve with bread and a salad.
