Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture
This is a great side dish that is so quick, easy and delicious! It is indulgent with the praline glaze and pecans. Everyone loves it and it is much easier to heat and serve than to make it from scratch. My version using sliced sweet potatoes is good, but I like the creamy MD version better and it is so much easier!
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, High Quality

I love this casserole! I love it so much that I keep sneaking bites while I'm trying to either put it on the table or putting the leftovers in the refrigerator! Can't go wrong with this!

Tastes like pie!
Date:January 8, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep
I am not usually a fan of sweet potatoes. But the boys in my house are. So a few years ago I decided to get this to serve on Thanksgiving. They both enjoyed it and convinced me to give it a try. I actually like it. Alot! Now I order this a couple times a year not just for the guys but for me too!

Very Bland

Cons: Bland, Poor Flavor
Very bland and not sweet at all. We didn't even finish it. I really needed more brown sugar & was quite lumpy.

My Family LOVES This!
Date:December 5, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture
My family absolutely loves this dish!!!!
We had a mini Thanksgiving meal (after the holiday) with this, the petite sliced ham, supersweet corn, and my fam loved every bite! This side dish is delicious. For us, it is flavored exactly right.
This is a great alternative to making your own if you are pressed for time, however, they do need a pinch of salt, a hint of vanilla, a touch of nutmeg and some brown sugar to make them taste 'homemade' without those things this dish does taste bland. On a better note...I love the walnuts on top and I love that the potatoes are whipped and not just diced or sliced. Overall, I did like this dish but because it lacked those things mentioned above, I could only give it three stars.
The topping was tasy, but the flavor of the sweet potatoes were pretty bland. Needs some spice and seasoning in my opinion. I have another store bought sweet potato casserole that I like much better, so I'll be sticking with that one.
I was disappointed in the flavor or lack of flavor in this dish. It was not sweet and seemed to be missing something. This is not one I would get again.
