Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Versatile, colorful
I sautee some fresh garlic, onion and Market Day frozen shrimp (the ones that thaw in cold water in about 5 min.) in a small amount of olive oil then add about 1/3 of the bag and stir fry. I usually serve over angel hair pasta but it's great over rice as well. Incredible quick meal!!!

What a super blend for stir fry. Love the edamame for the added protein. Very flavorful veggies without all the woody stems and such. High quality for sure

Absolutely love this healthy blend of veggies!!!
Date:March 25, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
I have recommended this blend to everyone I know. The colors and different textures make for an inviting adventure of healthy goodness. I often use this as a side, but my husband used half the bag once in a pot of his famous Seven Seas Soup and it was amazing! It could use more broccoli, but not a huge a deal considering I always have broccoli florets on hand to supplement the shortage. And I love edamame. The more the merrier!
We were disappointed with the Kyoto blend. I microwaved it both times, the first package from thawed state ("tempered") and the second package directly from the freezer, both times following cooking methods exactly as specified on the package. It was better from frozen, and I'm wondering if it might be best cooked on top the stove. It might be good combined with other ingredients, but we did not like it as a side dish The texture leaves a lot to be desired; the edamame was good, but the rest of the vegetables were kind of limp and were tasteless minus the sauce. The sauce was too sweet and a little too spicy hot. My husband and kids won't eat it. I feel like I wasted money by purchasing this product.

Really like this mix - great mixed with pasta. Needs more broccoli though; pieces are few and far between.

Great Tasting
Date:October 14, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture
My family loved this new mixture of veggies. Is a nice change of pace from the regular mixtures. Will be keeping these on hand to add to our meals :)
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
My daughter LOVES Ramen soup so I add this to it to make it healthy (despite the sodium in the soup mix)....it makes the soup that much better!!!! Personally I'd like to see more broccoli but otherwise I love this blend!
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Cons: need cooking times for smaller batches.
I absolutely love this blend of vegetables, especially the edamame which adds soy to my meal. I usually cook it for my lunch adding whatever spices I want to flavor it. I like the exact blend of vegetables. Anything else would be too much. I have a microwave soup bowl I make it in and it is "legal" for Weight Watchers. The only problem is that the package does not list how long to cook for small batches. I find that for my soup bowl, about 3 minutes does it.

Versatile
Date:May 8, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Eat alone, with sauce or in something! Works and tastes great!
This is not a terrible blend, but there definitely needs to be less edamame--it's everywhere! Some more broccoli and less edamame would make this one I'd order again. Until the "balance" is better, I'll pass.
Balance of veggies way off -- hardly any broccoli and the broccoli there is so small it almost disintegrates while cooking -- AND I UNDERCOOKED TIMEWISE & HEATWISE
Because of veggie IMbalance, flavors are lost --
Greatly disappointed -- because usually MD veggies are excellent.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
I was very pleased with this product in terms of both quality and price. It heats up quickly and the vegetables are crisp and flavorful. Nothing got mushy, despite there being 5 different textures. It needs a bit of salt, but I am glad it is not pre-seasoned. My kids request this as a snack!
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
wonderful side dish! In fact, so good I have been heating up bowls of it for lunch. Very healthy, and the edamame makes it a filling dish. My one recommendation - ignore the "cook for 15 minutes" instructions. Unless maybe you are cooking the entire bag. (Otherwise you will be in for a surprise...) About 5 minutes for a normal serving - and add more than the recommended water to it the edamame dries out easily. You can always drain off excess water.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
Bright & fresh blend of yummy good-for-you veggies. BIG chunks of red pepper & carrots, not little tiny mutilated pieces. Nice quality broccoli too! Even my almost-6-yr-old enjoyed it.
Cooked 1/2 bag in the Pampered Chef microwave steam-cooker, with 2 TBS water, for about 5 1/2 minutes. Perfect crisp-tender veggies. I added fake-butter-sprinkles & salt & pepper. YUM!
This will be a new staple in my freezer.

Love, love, love this vegetable mix. I stir fry it in a little olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste and it turns out amazing.
This is a really good veggie blend. Different and very tasty. My kids don't Love it, but I do, it's easy to fix and sometimes when I'm feeling snacky I will make myself a bowl of this with a little bit of butter. Very good and quick.
