Good Taste

Date:October 26, 2010
My family really enjoyed these vegetables with the mandarin citrus sauce. Next time we will use it to make a chicken stir fry and serve over rice. The sauce reminded me of a light sweet and sour sauce.

Great in a stir fry!

Date:October 25, 2010
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, High Quality, Good Texture
I have not tried these vegetables plain as a side dish, but did add them to chicken in a stir fry and they were fabulous! The sauce added a great sweet tang to my stir fry sauce, and the vegetables tasted fresh and stayed crisp, unlike most frozen veggies I have tried in a stir fry. These would be great in a stir fry with pork or shrimp as well. Makes dinner quick, easy and healthy!

The Best Stir Fry I've Ever Made

Date:November 17, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
We loved this so much that it will be on my list to order again and again. I added cubed chicken and then when it was all done added in a can of mandarin oranges and it was a perfect blend of sweet and sour.

Not so good Side dish

Date:November 10, 2011
Cons: Poor Texture, Over Seasoned
I followed the microwave directions. The vegetables became too mushy and the sauce was so sweet and overpowering.

Better as an entree!

Date:June 15, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile, colorful!
I thought it was a bit weet as a side dish - but created a new entree recipe and it was YUMMY and so healthy!!
I took the mandarin citrus blend, tossed in some diced chicken breast (was going to use shrimp but ran out) a sprinkle of chinese mustard powder to cut the sweetness and give it a little kick, and served over red quinoa.
AMAZING and SO quick and easy!

Easiest stir fry starter ever!

Date:April 9, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
We love stir-fry, and this blend did not disappoint. I just sauteed some chicken breast with onion until mostly cooked, then added in the vegetable blend and cooked per instructions. I like to add a dash of soy sauce, too, and serve over rice. A very tasty meal, that's fast, too!

Kids love it!!

Date:February 9, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy
My kids are picky with their vegetables. However, they absolutely loved this combination - especially with the Garlic Shrimp. Quick and easy, put it all in one skillet. Cook pasta on the side. Done in 20 minutes flat

This was great, both my 7 yr old and I loved it. I served as a side dish, but next time will definitely stir fry with chicken or shrimp and serve over rice or noodles.

Simple and Quick

Date:January 31, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Versatile
Litterally just finished a meal with the Mandarin Citrus Blend. First I cut up 3 pieces of the ChickNSteaks and cooked those with some oil and seasonings in my Wok pan. Then I added this vegatable mix until everything was cooked throughly. It was AMAZING! Even my 3 year old was asking for seconds!

Great with Fried Noodles

Date:January 28, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
I make an asian dish called "Fried Noodles" I first scramble up 3 eggs add the veggies and stir fry until done, then in a seperate pot I cook ramen noodles until al dente. Then I fry those up in the with the veggie blend... Salt and pepper to taste, but I also add a hint of sriracha sauce... mmmmm This makes it taste like something right out of the restaurant. The veggies are REALLY YUMMY!!!

The veggies didn't cook evenly in Microwave... the pea pods were mush. Would prefer the sauce separate as it seemed over strong.
