Great side dish

This is easy to prepare and has a great flavor and texture. Good mix of corn, beans and peppers. We add diced chicken and have a meal. Good in a taco salad, too. My whole family enjoys.

Great flavor and so easy to prepare. Besides serving as a side dish, I've added it to the tortilla soup I make. The flavors blend really well.

So easy and very versatile, I use this in my spanish rice. Can be used in any recipe that calls for corn. Very flavorful and seems like a healthy choice. I highly recommend this product.

Cons: Bland
I like pre-mixed frozen vegetable blends for cooking. This is a nice one for doing Southwestern, Tex-Mex, Mexican cooking. A little heavy on the corn in relation to the other ingredients, but it serve well as a base for me when making dishes.

We were leary to try this corn since hubby doesn't like much spice. This was so tasty and good. It tasted like it was roasted on the grill. I put a little butter in the pan and let it "fry" while mixing frequently. I am thinking how many other dishes I can make with this mix! I definitely will buy this again.

Mostly corn, not much flavor

Cons: Bland, mushy corn
Not awful, but not great. I ended up taking half a bag of the mix and adding an entire can of southwest flavored beans plus extra cumin, just to make it flavorful to feed to my family. Overall, pretty disappointing. Bummer.

This is the best I've ever had. I use this for everything, from stand alone side dish to home-made chicken quesadillas or as an extra pizza topping. Yes, corn tastes good on pizza. I highly recommend this to anyone, you will not regret buying it.

We tried this for the first time last night. It was very tasty and so easy to prepare. I made a smaller amount, and it took slightly less time to cook than the package says. I think next time I'll try to add a couple spoons of salsa to the mix before serving. I am planning to use this in my chicken enchilada recipe in place of the reg frozen corn.

Love this blend! Great flavor and easy to prep. I love the resealable bag so I can take out what I need and leave the rest in the freezer. We love it with some salsa on top of our ChikNSteakes.
