This is easy to prepare and has a great flavor and texture. Good mix of corn, beans and peppers. We add diced chicken and have a meal. Good in a taco salad, too. My whole family enjoys.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Versatile
So easy and very versatile, I use this in my spanish rice. Can be used in any recipe that calls for corn. Very flavorful and seems like a healthy choice. I highly recommend this product.

The Best Corn Blend Ever
Date:April 19, 2012
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, Versatile
This is the best I've ever had. I use this for everything, from stand alone side dish to home-made chicken quesadillas or as an extra pizza topping. Yes, corn tastes good on pizza. I highly recommend this to anyone, you will not regret buying it.

Sodium
Date:April 12, 2012
I like the taste but 550mg of sodium is way too high.
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Kid-Friendly, Healthy, High Quality, Versatile
We absolutely love this corn blend. My daughter puts it in quesadillas, salads, or any mexican type dish. Super sweet taste with a little kick. Super easy to heat. wish it came in bigger bags!
Pros: Flavorful, Indulgent, Easy Prep, Healthy, High Quality, Good Texture, Versatile
We tried this for the first time last night. It was very tasty and so easy to prepare. I made a smaller amount, and it took slightly less time to cook than the package says. I think next time I'll try to add a couple spoons of salsa to the mix before serving. I am planning to use this in my chicken enchilada recipe in place of the reg frozen corn.

Onions and Peppers OH MY
Date:February 14, 2012
Pros: Healthy
Cons: Poor Flavor
The onions and peppers over powered the taste of this product.
Love this blend! Great flavor and easy to prep. I love the resealable bag so I can take out what I need and leave the rest in the freezer. We love it with some salsa on top of our ChikNSteakes.
This is a perfect mix for all types of Mexican dishes. I've used it in enchiladas, taco dips and Mexi-lasagna. Basically, anywhere the recipe calls for corn or where you might considering using corn, I substitute this. Nicely spiced but not too much. A good staple to keep in the freezer if you do much Mexican cooking.
Would love a non partially hydrogenated oil, organic version. I also feel you don't get much for the price but it does taste awesome

why partially hydrogenated oil
Date:October 18, 2011
Pros: Easy Prep, Versatile
Cons: unhealthy, partially hdrogenated oil
I really wanted to order this corn blend. I actually was planning several meals around it until I saw the partially hydrogenated oil. Why take something healthy and make it so unhealthy?
Little heat, good flavor. I mix with more black beans and salsa for warm or cold salad, or heat with refried (pinto) beans, fresh cilantro and a bit of chili powder for dip or soup (sometimes with Manchego cheese melted on top--Mmmm!).
I just don't understand why it needs partially hydrogenated oil (presumably for the roasting). Normal liquid vegetable oil would probably have been fine, and slightly healthier. But, not a big deal.

Add a little kick!
Date:May 6, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy, Versatile
My favorite way to eat this is actually to throw it over a salad - hot or cold - and it is so flavorful I don't feel the need to add any dressing! This is a great side dish to any mexican style meal. I also love topping this on black bean soup with a little sour cream. It has just a slight kick to it.

Caviar
Date:April 22, 2011
Pros: Flavorful, Easy Prep, Healthy
This mix makes the perfect base for a batch of Mexican or Texas Caviar. Plenty of websites have the recipes for the mix or vinegar, sugar, oil, and herbs to marinate the blend. Add hot peppers if you want more heat. Much more conveniant than buying all the different cans of beans and corn and choppping the onions and peppers. Add some scoop style tortilla chips and the party begins.
